Protests erupt outside Kasba Police station as 3 arrested in alleged Kolkata college gang rape
Kunal Ghosh steps down from his positions within the party, resigning as both the spokesperson and general secretary of the TMC. While Ghosh has refrained from commenting on his decision to leave the posts, party sources indicate ongoing discussions with him regarding the matter.
He has changed his bio on ‘X’, to ‘Journalist’ and ‘Social Activist’. Earlier in the morning, Ghosh's post on X stirred up a storm, featuring a scathing attack, although unnamed, on a party leader. The post criticizes the leader for being "incompetent, factional, and selfish."
"The leader will cheat throughout the year and win elections based on sentiments towards Didi, Abhishek, and the party to fulfill personal interests. This cannot be repeated," Ghosh's post reads.
